Need bodyguard (Baltimore)

I have a physical violent ex boyfriend/father of my two kids who is threatening to take them again tomorrow 11/25/23 the last two accounts the police did nothing to get them back yesterday being the most recent event I was left at the mercy of there father to return them safely and unharmed which wasn't fully the case the both of my kids came back stated that there father scared them and wanted to return back home he told them no.
my kids were returned hours later.
i just need someone to drive by to make sure everything is okay.
i would go to a hotel or motel but don't have the funds for at least two nights.
