The Site Foreman is responsible for day-to-day supervision, direction and coordination of employees as well as manual labor, equipment operation, etc.
as needed to complete daily work.
The Site Foreman must have experience in the following:
The Site Foreman provides leadership and guidance for the execution of all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
Oversees and monitors daily activities of employees and third-party personnel at construction site
Coordinates with upper management and other personnel to ensure construction projects are completed in a timely manner and according to project plan
Monitors expenses to remain on budget and coordinates adjustments to AFE’s as necessary
Coordinates company communication to ensure all stakeholders are properly informed of construction project status
Must be experienced in sitework, underground utilities, and earthwork.

3-5 years supervisory experience in pipeline project management preferred
Valid state issued motor vehicle license
Individual must have strong leadership and coaching skills
Proven track record and experience in development of project plans, including work scopes, specifications, accurate cost estimating, budget development and efficiency;
Problem solving skills with ability to deal with conflict and resolve issues quickly
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work with personnel at all levels in organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment with ability to balance workload with focus on priorities
Must be a team player with a focus on continuous process improvement on efficiency, cost reductions, and safety initiatives
Attention to safe and efficient operations is imperative
Responsible to ensure that construction projects are performed in accordance with company procedures, as well as safety, environmental and other regulatory guidelines and mandates
