* Attend and lead project progress meetings
* Prepare and disseminate weekly project progress reports
* Work with clients on production progress, open issues, change orders, and materials selections
* Preparation and tracking of Change Orders (Client and Subcontract)
* Assist in oversight of company Safety Program
* Assist in oversight of project quality control
* Maintain control and oversight of project budgets
* Project invoicing and project cash flows
*Position Skills/Qualification Requirements:*
* *Must have 5+ years experience in construction project supervision and/or management for commercial and residential projects above $250,000 in value.

* A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in construction management, engineering or architecture.
* Must be able to manage a team, work well with others, and adhere to management directives.
* Strong skills in organizing, planning, and implementing project controls to meet strict deadlines.
* Must have strong communication skills including speaking and writing professionally.
* Must have strong computer skills and able to use all programs in Microsoft Office.
* Experience and certifications in Procore and Microsoft Project preferred.
