Site Foreman

The Foreman reports to the Superintendent, Project Manager, and Sr.
Project Manager.
This positionmanages a minimum of 1-3 small crews of 2-8 laborers in the performance of skilled and manual tasks in the repair and protection of structures and related work.
This position requires extensive knowledge in the area of general construction, concrete, structural steel and/or concrete repair work and the supervision of people.
*Special Requirements* Must be willing to work from project site up to 100% of the time and report to weekly and other periodic meetings being held at the Branch Office.
Must have a valid driver’s license in order to operate company vehicles or drive for business purposes.
Willing to work 50-55 hours per week.
Also, must be flexible with work hours – work whenever/wherever needed to fulfill responsibilities to help meet and exceed the branch goals.
Including night shift, out of town work, bad weather conditions, etc.
Must be willing to work at heights in excess 6 stories off the ground.
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
