We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled CNC Supervisor to join our growing team! In this position, you will be responsible for operating tools and machines to manufacture parts to technical drawing specifications.

*Essential Responsibilities*:
* Maintains cleanliness and safety in work area in compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations
* Oversees daily tasks of machinists, manage work assignments, contribute to processing the workload, and facilitate training and development
* Programs, sets up and runs various manual and CNC Mills and Lathes
* Operates simple machine tools such as presses, saws, and shears
* Operates machinery to produce parts used in manufacturing processes
* Reads and interprets blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimension and specifications for parts
* Selects the appropriate cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and material to be used on machines
* Examines and measures completed units and parts to identify any defects using basic inspection techniques such as calipers, micrometers, indicators etc.
* Ensures units conform with predetermined specification and adjust machine controls to resolve production errors
* Inspects machinery for any needed repairs and performs minor repairs within expertise
* Performs other related duties as assigned
*Skill Requirements:*
* High school degree or equivalent educational experience; vocational school or trade apprenticeship required
* Vocational/technical school training and apprenticeship preferred
* MasterCam software experience preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming production environment
* Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
* Ability to read blueprints and plans
* Ability to operate various types of machine tools to perform progressive machining
* Excellent mechanical skills, management skills, and organizational skills
* Accurate and precise attention to detail
* Prolonged periods of standing and bending required
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
