Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Intern to join our mental health organization.
As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Department in promoting our mental health and wellness services, increasing awareness about mental health issues, and reaching out to potential referral sources.
You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, create content for social media, and marketing materials, and handle marketing phone calls.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms and marketing materials
Conduct market research and provide insights on current and future marketing strategies
Handle marketing phone calls to potential referral sources and provide information about our mental health services
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, event marketing, and community outreach
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements
Help with website updates and content creation
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
Ability to handle phone calls and communicate effectively with potential referral sources
Positive attitude and willingness to learn about mental health issues
