Role Summary
We're looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative to join our RevOps team and drive sales of EcoMap platforms and tools across multiple sectors.
EcoMap’s technology is applicable to a wide variety of customers, including economic developers, local communities, the federal government, corporations, large foundations, and more.
We're looking for an SDR who is highly motivated and results-driven.
You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities while gaining valuable experience and skills to prepare for eventual advancement to an Account Executive position.

Requirements
What You'll Do
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to identify and qualify potential clients.
Research and analyze target accounts and industries to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Engage with prospects to uncover business pains and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their specific requirements.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns and initiatives.
Utilize CRM software to track prospect interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of activities and progress.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and sales pipeline growth.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
Successful previous experience in a sales or business development role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a hunger for success.
Familiarity with HubSpot or other similar CRM systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
