Bob Bell Nissan KIA is looking for a responsible candidate to coordinate all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as a first point of contact for customers.
To be successful as a BDC representative, you should have a knack for marketing and sales.
We will teach you our specific processes and the vehicle product knowledge required to succeed.

Responsibilities:
· ·Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
· Make the appointment and get the customer to the store
· ·Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
· ·Handle all incoming internet and phone leads.
· ·Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
· ·Be available to promptly respond to live chat, phone and email inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner.
· ·Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
· ·Contacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointment.
· ·Receiving leads.
· Requirements:
· ·Coachable and able to follow a specific process.
· ·Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive “team-player” attitude.
· ·Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required.
· Previous automotive dealership experience a plus.
· Comfortable making outbound calls daily.
· Prior internet sales, BDC, or related experience a plus.
· Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
· Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
