Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Comfort Advisor to join our team.
As a Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our HVAC products and services to residential customers.
Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and generate sales leads.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess their HVAC needs
- Present and explain available products and services, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for installation or repair projects
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and services
- Utilize technology tools, such as Salesforce, to track sales leads and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technology sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred but not required
- Ability to analyze customer needs and negotiate solutions effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
