ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating and executing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and meeting sales quotas.
The role also involves managing marketing campaigns, assessing market trends and providing insights and recommendations to improve sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
\* Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship building
\* Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
\* Experience in marketing and market research
\* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, communications or related fields.
\* Experience in the lawn care industry or related field is preferred
