House is a fairly new renovation with a rooftop deck and parking pad in the back (+ street parking).
Bedroom available is in fully finished basement (8ft ceilings) & shares full basement bathroom w/ 1 other.
3 roommates are 20s males who love sports and having fun going out on the weekends.
Rent is $600 + 25% of monthly utilities (roughly $100/month; WiFi, directv, water, gas/electric).
Month-to-month lease.
Security deposit is $400.
