Room is furnished with a twin bed, dresser and a night stand.
It also has a ceiling fan, two mirrors (one body length on wall), a window air conditioner, and two windows.
There is one full bathroom that would be shared, and a powder room in the basement.
The basement is partially finished with carpet and paneling and has some storage space.
There is a private back porch that includes a small Bistro Table Set and two chairs, perfect for eating outside on a warm, sunny day!

There is cable hookup in your room, if you have a cable ready t.

You can also use same line for Comcast Internet, if that is the ISP you use or want.
Rent is $600.
00, which includes all utilities.
A Security Deposit of $600.
00 is also required, with at least half or $300.
00 down to move in.
The rest will be due one month later with your next payment of rent.
