Hello and thank you for viewing my listing for a roommate needed in uptown.
I have a big size open room for an individual that is looking for a room.
I currently live here alone in the other open room.
I am open to all interested individuals female or male but you must have a job (proof of income) or if a college student you must show an income source as well.
No drugs and no smoking of any kind is allowed.
Preferably between eighteen and thirty two of age range.
Again if you are a student you must show proof of income also.
Only drinking socially on occasion is allowed also.
No heavy drinking will be allowed.
One year lease required minimum no less.
You also will need to provide your own bed and any other furniture you feel is needed within reason.
The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with myself.
Closet space will also be shared .
Rent is $1200.
00 a month due on the first no exceptions and a security deposit of $500.
00 is required upon move in.
An extension can be discussed after a year if needed.
About me I am a male in my 30s and work days Monday through Saturday.
We also will meet for a interview at the home location before any decision will be made.
