$850 / 2br - Room for rent! (Baltimore city)

Hey y'all! I'm looking for a roommate (preferably a female) in baltimore city.
I live not even a minute away (walking) from Calvert Street Park on Calvert street itself.
The apartment is on the top floor with two other apartments under us.
The room is a good size.
I used to live in it and fit a queen bed and a small couch with a lot of space left for dressers, it even has a closet.
i tried inserting pictures of my old set up but i don’t have much pictures left but you get the idea of the size of the room (neighbors below me are also cool as hell) I'm looking for 800-900$ for rent which includes all bills and washer/dryer in the apartment.
I'm okay with pets (limit 1 cat or small dog) as long as you keep up with them and don't have me cleaning up after them or having to feed them.
(there is a pet fee) I'm a clean person and expect you to be too because I will evict you if you're dirty lol.
Your space is your space but.

keep the common area tidy (living room, kitchen, bathroom).
Our rooms are at opposite ends of the apartment which is nice, so not much noise is heard from either end.
It's definitely a plus if we can be friends.
Smoking is ok in here (no cigarettes if you know what i mean) I'm 20 and still like to have fun but I do work early on certain days of the week.
It still would be MY apartment as i still would be paying most of the rent for that reason but i won't be an ass about every little thing i get not everything needs to be perfect.
