Available for month to month this May.
3 blocks from Prospect park, land of the puppies and super safe.
Apt has separate entrances.
I too have a pup so must be dog friendly.
Close to the F , R train.
I am an actor and bartender so usually out with the pup or working nights.
Looking for someone considerate and kind.
Only downside is a terrible landlord so the building is a mess.
But the apt is cute and is a gem of a location.
