$875 Garage parking, House cleaning, Rooftop deck (Upper Fells Pt)

Furnished bedroom in a newly built townhouse that offers modern amenities and just 3 blocks away from Johns Hopkins University hospital (JHU).
The house has 2 car parking garage with a parking pad for visitors.
I have house cleaning come to the house every month.
The house has a large rooftop deck with views of the water, downtown, and Canton (you can see the Natty Boh tower).
The deck has a grill and furniture patio, perfect for hosting events.
One of my favorite things about the house is the living room that has a large wall mounted TV above a gas fireplace and built in surround sound speakers with a gaming console.
The sectional couch is really comfy if you just want to binge watch TV shows.
And of course having a garage is amazing after doing grocery shopping.
I am looking for a 8-12 month commitment and month to month after.
Rent is $875 and water/cable/utilities are $150 flat a month total.
Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
Room is available by the first week of November.
