It is a very sunny, clean and independent striking suite located in bright basement provided with private entrance, full size bed, closet, desk, bookcases, basic kitchen amenities (mini-fridge, microwave, espresso and regular coffee makers), living and dinning areas with furniture.
The suite also features an adjoining private bathroom with shower, central AC and heat, and much more.
I like to collect art work from around the world, so you will feel at home here no matter where you are from.
The full bathroom (shower) has also been recently renovated.

There is no room for personal furniture and the space does not have a regular kitchen and it does not permit regular cooking (so hot plates and similar devices won't be allowed).
So, the potential tenant must be someone who mostly eats outside, brings take-out food and loves cooking in the microwave.
The house is located in a safe, quiet, old residential Baltimore neighborhood, in one of Waltherson's or Hamilton's nicest spots, close to Harford Road and Belair Road where you can find cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores.
It is nearby vibrant commercial district, 15 min from downtown.
The place is big enough to warrant tenant desired privacy.
There is a fenced backyard and plenty of parking on the street.
Relax on backyard deck, easy street parking, close access to I-95, I-895 and I-695.

The space is good for one person but I won't accept inquiries with kids or extra people because the space is not big enough for more than one person.
Rent goes for $800 + shared utilities.
