$500 / 1br - Roommate wanted, Private 200sqft room and bath (Baltimore)

Hey, my name is Drew.
I’m a working professional in my 30s looking for a quiet, clean, and chill roommate.
I work from home so am looking for someone who is fine with a generally quiet living environment.
I enjoy watching sports, golfing, and grilling some barbecue.
5 minutes from Gilbert / 202 Shopping Center, 15 minutes from San Tan Mall, and 20 minutes from Intel Ocotillo Campus / Northrop.
The room for rent is a private ~200 sqft room with a separated private full bathroom.
You will also have an in-door garage spot to use at your discretion.
I am asking for $900 / month flat rate (I will cover all utilities).
First month’s rent (prorated depending on move in date) and one month security deposit is required at move in.
Animal Rent / Deposit if applicable on case by case basis.
I do require a credit / background check.
(Must be non-smoker, the property is completely smoke free).
The room will be available mid-late Jan.
