Utilities: The entire monthly cost for high-speed internet, electricity, gas, and all other apartment complex costs is $80-100 ($30-45 per person).
Parking is free throughout the complex, and garages can be rented for $50 per month I'm seeking for someone to sign the lease because my roommate is leaving.
Apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The second bedroom is UN furnished, while the living room, kitchen, and dining area are all fully equipped.
Roommates are welcome to add furniture or decorate the areas anyway they choose.
