Large bedroom in the country with full private bathroom, furnished with queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, desk, tv, walk in closet, linens ( sheets, blankets, towels ) No pets, smoking, vaping, marijuana, illegal drugs, alcoholics or addicts, no firearms in the home, no guests, I do a background check.

NOTE, THIS IS A PRIVATE BEDROOM/BATHROOM IN A SHARED 3 BED/3 BATH HOME.
Kitchen priveleges.
Utilities included are central heat/a/c, trash, water/sewer, your personal laundry will be a laundromat.
I expect sheets washed weekly or biweekly at the least.
I check the rooms periodically to see if they need cleaning as well.

I rent by the week for the first month, that's a week, then can do bi monthly payments.
Deposit is first weeks rent, plus first weeks rent due upon first day of
