From your future roommates:
We are both medical students here at Hopkins, so when we aren't studying or in the hospital we like to watch movies, try new restaurants around Baltimore and play games and have wine nights with friends! Since Patterson Park is so close, we have both enjoyed getting outside and going for a nice walk through the park after a long day of school or by the harbor, and are looking forward to using the backyard patio and grill more this summer.
We're looking forward to finding another roommate soon, and are happy to talk or zoom if you have questions!
About the house:

· 2nd floor: Two bedrooms with large windows, full bath (shared), washer and dryer, with lots of space!

What I love about this place:
· Only a few blocks away from both Hopkins and Patterson Park
· Located on a beautiful, tree-lined street in Butcher’s Hill
· Plenty of street parking available (I rarely have trouble finding a spot, even late at night, which is a rare treat in the Fell's point/Butcher's hill area!)
· 1 mile from the Canton/Fell’s Waterfront area
· Exposed brick walls and newly updated kitchen
· Beautiful finished patio with plenty of pots to try your hand at gardening
Tenants are responsible for utilities (not included in rent, avg $100/mos): wireless internet, water/gas/electric bill, ADT security system ($13/person/mos).
Trash/recycling service is free/covered by the city.
About the current tenants and landlord:
I am a current fellow at Johns Hopkins and JHSPH grad.
I love this rowhome and would love to find some great new tenants to enjoy it as a space to relax, unwind and call home.
The current tenants are all young professionals in their mid-late-20s and would be happy to answer any questions about what it's like to live here, the area, etc.
