The room has a TV, Twin size bed that can pull out to a full size bed, a desk (that can be removed), two small closets, under bed storage, streaming services on TV, view of downtown Baltimore.
The apartment is fully furnished and you would be able to utilize any appliance item in the apartment.

) I am located perfectly downtown within walking distance to Mercy hospital, University of Maryland campuses.
There is a bus stop within one block of the apartment.
The apartment itself is completely secure and you would have your own fab to get into and out of the building.
I also have parking rented that I am willing to share for a split cost.
I am a quiet and respectable roommate, but I expect 100% the same in return.
I do have a small quiet dog that is a mini-shih-tzu.
Monthly cost includes utilities, wifi, streaming services, and amenities.
