*Overview:*
We are seeking a qualified Loan Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in loan origination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
*Location: *Remote
*Compensation Structure:*
* 80% of the revenue priced into the loan goes to the Loan Officer for the first $12 Million funded in a calendar year.
* After $12 Million, the commission increases to 90%.
* Payments are processed within 4-5 days of the loan closing.
* States that we allow for 1099 are AZ, CA, CO, FL, MD, MI, OH, OR, TN, TX, WA, WI, WY, and VA.
*Duties:*
* Originate and close a minimum of 1-2 Self Gen deals per month.
* Maintain excellent communication and phone skills for effective interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with licensing requirements in specified states.
* Collaborate with underwriters and processors for a smooth and efficient loan process.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan origination process.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum 24 months of experience in loan origination.
* Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
* Strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and industry regulations.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with the specified licensing states and their regulations.
* Familiarity with the LOS - Arive.

* Actively licensed in the following states: AL, AZ, AK, CA - DFPI, CO, CT, DE, Washington DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MT, NE, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC - DCA, SD, TN, TX - SML, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY.
