Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer

Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer Responsibilities: • Interacts with borrowers using superior customer service to assist them with selecting the best product available for them given their current mortgage needs.
• Structures loan for borrower, including rates and fees.
• Processes borrower credit information.
• Educates borrower on loan process and assists them in identifying an appropriate loan that suits their needs.
• Secures proper documentation needed for loan and manage loan process through closing.
• May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.
Required Qualifications: • Active NMLS license.
• Minimum one (1) year Loan Origination experience.
• Motivated, disciplined, and task-oriented.
• Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: • Encompass or Point experience.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
