Looking for a guitarist for local cover band (Balt/AA/How/Car)

Hello, We are an eight-piece band (two sax players, female lead singer) looking to replace our lead guitarist immediately.
We play 1 - 2 times a month and play a wide variety of music from Top 40 to Motown to New Country to what-have-you.
Everything is danceable and recognizable.
We play all around the Baltimore area and try to avoid playing in holes in the wall.
Song list upon request.
You won't make a lot of money but you will have great fun with these musicians.
Practice once a week near BWI airport.
Five singers, strong harmonies.
Very laid-back attitude but serious about great performance.
