Need R&B / Hip Hop Singers (Baltimore)

Experienced song writer.
The studio I work out of is located on the east side of Baltimore and I need a seasoned male and female singer to come to the studio and sing some lyrics I wrote and in return, you get to record your own song at the studio and your song will be professionally mixed and mastered.
Again, please don't ask about or expect a payment because your payment is the professional recording services being provided.

Must have experience and either provide some links for music you have put out online, or sing live over the phone to show you can really sing and aren't wasting my time.
