All around Handyman needed for minor residential repairs, inspections and construction.
Full or Part time (with a view towards full).
Car needed.
Baltimore Metro area travel.
Experience preferred.
Experience in any or all of the following a big will count heavily • Possible full time for a candidate with an MHIC license, but not necessary.
• Construction or contractor experience- the more trades the better including : drywall, painting, hardwood or tile floor repairs, minor electrical and/or plumbing journeyman.
• Candidate with a small crew also a plus.
• Carpet cleaning, , Power washing.
Minor electrical repairs a plus • Estimating and diagnosing skills also a big plus.
But not necessary…if Exactimate or Power Claim damage estimating programs experience • Age is irrelevant.
