12 Hourly* EMR, a leader in commercial kitchen repair, has an Accounts Receivable/Billing position open in our Rosedale, MD office.
This person will handle all aspects of customer billing/invoicing.
Must professionally work with customers and their accounts in the areas of credit and collections so that accounting records are accurately maintained, accounts are collected in accordance with EMR’s policy and customer relations are well maintained.
Applicant must be very detail oriented, possess good organizational skills, and enjoy working in fast paced, team oriented environment.
Work hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm.

*Responsibilities Include*: * Customer accounts are maintained and updated.
* Credits and other on-account money are reconciled regularly.
* Credits and adjustments to customer’s accounts and invoices are entered and posted on a weekly basis.
* Accounts are collected in a professional & courteous manner.
* Disputes are recorded and the appropriate manager is notified.
* New customer billing locations are added to the computer system.
*Qualifications*: * 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and billing preferred.
* Experience in the use of Outlook, Word, & Excel.
* Demonstrates customer service, interpersonal communication, and ability to multi-task.
* Experience in service/repair or related industry is preferred.
* General knowledge of the accounting process is preferred.
* Ability to work in a team environment a must.
