You will be responsible for mastering and supporting our technology solutions, assisting in the resolution of technical issues, and providing IT support to our team.
Key Responsibilities: Developing a deep understanding of the healthcare software systems used within the organization.
Supporting common tools and software which drive day to day operations.
Ensure that software applications are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and drive toward resolution software-related issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all technology-related inquiries and issues from team members.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users, assisting with hardware and software problems.
Create and maintain a knowledge base of common technical issues and solutions for quick reference.
Implement an issue ticketing system for tracking of all IT issues.
Collaborate with the vendors to ensure that patient data and healthcare information are secure and compliant with HIPAA regulations.
Coordinate the monitoring and reporting on security incidents and implement security best practices within the organization.
Conduct training sessions and create training materials to help staff members effectively use healthcare and various operational software systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
Act as the liaison between the organization and software vendors, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of technology-related issues.
Evaluate and recommend software enhancements or upgrades to improve performance.
Providing Technology consultation assistance with new and existing partnerships.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of healthcare software systems is desirable.
Self-starter with strong organization and collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in software troubleshooting and technical support.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
