Cyber Training Assessment Specialist
Key Role:
Provide SME support to the management of a DoD-wide evaluation, assessment, and lessons learned program.
Assist in managing the Command’s Lessons Learned Program, including coordinating with Services and Combatant Commands to ensure best practices are disseminated and issues are resolved at the proper echelon.
Establish and maintain evaluation standards and criteria for evaluators for the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) and other Joint Cyberspace operations forces enabling USCYBERCOM operations.
Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives, reinforce Joint standards, and facilitate the readiness assessment of Cyberspace forces.
Develop and provide recommendations to the Joint client regarding evaluation and assessment tools, processes, and standards.
Enable the validation of CMF and other USCYBERCOM assigned forces to meet the training standards necessary to execute cyberspace operations support requirements as well as enable evaluation of partnership engagements.
Review training objectives for collective training and exercise events, and assist with identifying and tracking observations, evaluations, assessments, and lessons from training and exercise events both internal to USCYBERCOM and across the Joint Force.
Assist with the coordination and development of Joint mission essential tasks, review of Joint mission essential task lists, and assessment of USCYBERCOM’s ability to meet the Joint mission essential task list standards.
Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience working for or supporting a COCOM, JFHQ-C command, Joint Duty Assignment, or CMF team 4+ years of experience evaluating and assessing operations, exercises, and training 4+ years of experience developing and managing lessons learned Experience with observation and control Experience supporting data-gathering using various techniques, such as working groups, interviews, and surveys Experience interacting with and providing briefs to senior leaders Ability to work independently and with groups TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor’s degree Additional Qualifications: Possession of basic computer skills, including using the Microsoft Office tool suite Possession of excellent analysis skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.
00 to $186,000.
00 (annualized USD).
