The LED Repair Technician performs duties to evaluate, repair, and QC LED equipment within the acceptable practices outlined by the LED department.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
Evaluate equipment to determine the operational status and define the proper solution if any issues exist.
Maintain and repair LED displays using micro soldering techniques.
Make required mechanical, electronic, and cosmetic repairs.
Perform any range of preventative maintenance routines.
Check all components of systems to ensure that systems function at full capacity, meet all visual standards and are ready for next use.
Document type and extent of problems, status of maintenance, and labor time on service tags.
Work closely with the engineering department discussing issues, trends or updated techniques required to maintain LED panels at a high level.
Prepare warranty claims for services performed in keeping with warranty repair station contract requirements.
Work from reservations, show quotes, projector check lists, pull lists and other similar documentation.
Receive and review show assignment or rental reservation and show order.
Pull equipment from warehouse locations and stage in designated area.

Base Salary Range: $19.
75/hr - $29.
27/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position.
Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
