Assignments must maximize OR utilization while minimizing possible OR schedule delays.
Coordinates between the surgeon and the patient the timing, preparation and expectations for surgical procedures.
Attend in-services that are relevant to the Scheduling department.
Collaborate and communicate with team members.
Preferred High School Diploma Less than 2 years Medical terminology preferred.
Successful completion of medical terminology test, or prior clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
