We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Senior Regional IT Manager, This position will be onsite in Wendell, NC.
Under global IT management guidance and with their assistance, the right candidate:
Serves as a business partner to management in the region, for various functional departments (e.
g.
, manufacturing, finance, sales, HR)
IT-related analysis of needs, for stability and for continuous improvements to quality and efficiency
Solutions design and planning
Prioritization
Manages entire operation of the regional IT, including:
Support of all IT users in multiple sites within the region, as well as VPG employees from other regions, arriving to the region.
It includes ongoing management of the helpdesk
Support of all applications in the region, including training and assimilation of changes
System administration of servers across the region, information and cyber security operation, networks, and computer operations
IT Business continuity within the region o Management of local and regional ICT equipment, including PCs, printers, etc.
Support of periodic SOX compliance audits
Manages regional projects, including site expansion, M&A due-diligence and post-integration
Manages regional IT budget, in alignment with the overall VPG IT budget
Manages IT team within the region as well as multiple vendors

Major Responsibilities :
As per plan, oversees regional IT assets growth/change (applications, equipment, software, etc.
), in conjunction with current and future, regional and global, IT goals; manages the corresponding projects
Manages IT support, assuring sufficient service level, according to business and IT priorities, engaging and adjusting multiple resources: employees, contractors and equipment.
Sets forth IT policies and plans to ensure business goals, disaster recovery, regulatory compliance, programming issues, users' needs, etc.
are addressed in the region.
Selects and oversees appropriate subordinate IT staff to ensure smooth coverage of company's IT systems, networks and programming requirements.
Approves regional IT budgets and projects within scope as set by top organizational level.

Requirements:
The right candidate will have the following:
Academic/Professional Education : Bachelor of Science degree or above with a Major in Computer Science (CS) or related field
Relevant Experience
At least 12 years working experience in IT team, preferably in manufacturing environment
At least 5 years role in a management position
At least 3 years role in management multiple sites across the region
At least 3 years working as a global function in a global company, experience working with international teams and languages in more than single continent
Technical Skills and Knowledge
Good understanding of ERP systems, preferably QAD (MFG Pro)
Good understanding of cybersecurity and information security concepts
Great project management skill and experience
Technical orientafion with PCs, networks, servers, storage, cloud (not necessarily hands-on)
Solid experience with skills in IT applications and business processes Proven experience in vendor management communication skills
