- Perform physical examinations and record patient medical histories
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as phlebotomy and venipuncture
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Provide wound care and dressing changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (e.
g.
, Epic)
- Provide compassionate care to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and hospice facilities

- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and venipuncture techniques
- Experience with electronic health record systems (e.

- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Ability to administer medications safely and accurately
- Familiarity with hospice care principles and practices
- Previous experience in emergency room (ER) settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to perform physical examinations and provide care for senior patients
