Lucayan is hiring a GERIATRIC NURSING ASSISTANT (GNA) to support Autumn Lake Healthcare Facility committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community.
Location: Baltimore,MD Position Type: Contract Shift: 3PM-11PM Required Info in Resume/CV: (1) Date of Birth (2) SSN Last 4 Digit (3) State Responsibilities Assist on assessing and monitoring the health status of patients.
Assist on development and implementation of nursing care plans.
Support on administration of medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.
Provide education to patients and their families.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Respond to medical emergencies.
Qualifications: Current and valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) license CPR Certification Clinical nursing experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
