We are seeking a Research Data Analyst who will support research data collection, management, and analysis activities as part of a coordinating center for a consortium conducting clinical trials in the area of orthopedic trauma.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities Execute sophisticated statistical analyses of complex clinical trials and observational studies.
Assist with development and implementation of novel methodologies under direction of Principal Statistician.
Prepare and maintain evolving analytic datasets suitable for primary, secondary, and multi-study comprehensive analyses.
Implement data-driven, reproducible reporting processes for the routine management of multiple studies at multiple clinical sites.
Produce publication-quality tables and figures while adhering to reproducible research standards.
Successfully collaborate with cross-disciplinary members of study teams including the Principal Investigator, Principal Statistician, Study Director, and Study Coordinator.
Present research findings to clinical and methodological audiences.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
Three years related experience.
Additional education may substitute for required experience to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications Prior data analysis experience in biological, medical, or public health setting strongly preferred.
Prior collaborative research experience a plus.
Experience working with data close to the point of data generation or collection is desirable.
