What you will be doing as an Accounting Manager:
• Hires, trains, and supervises office personnel
• Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures
• Reconciles select accounts monthly
• Ensures that all manufacturer accounts including warranty claims, rebates, interest, protection, and co-op
advertising accounts are current and accurate
• Prepares sales commission/chargeback detail reports
• Manages the payoff of vehicle floor plan
What we are looking for:
• Two or more years of accounting experience in an automotive dealership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of automotive accounting practices
