In this role you’ll conduct research into IT system capabilities and means of meeting customer requirements.
We're looking for Cyber gurus that who identify, design, test, deploy, and document solutions for defensive cyber operations on critical infrastructure networks.
Responsibilities:
Exploring network and log data from disparate computer systems for evaluation and analysis
Determining what normal system and network activity looks like to inform on anomalous or suspicious activity
Develop signatures and fingerprints to collect and label data attributed to specific tactics, techniques, and procedures
Qualifications:
5-10+ years of relevant cyber experience
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, etc)
Current agency tools and databases
Understanding of network data (protocols, routing, etc)
Experience in evaluating data coming from information systems to identify potential anomalous or suspicious activity
Comfortable with both raw network traffic and information system log files data
Ability to provide both oral and written summary reports and briefs.
Ability to liaison and collaborate with IC counterparts is desired.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Wireshark
Python development experience
Ability to translate abstract data concepts to tangible visualizations
Network Operations
Network Mapping

$96,400.
