On our team, you’ll design, develop, and implement solutions for software integration projects across functions or between organizations that’ll directly impact the DoD.
Using life cycle processes, applications integrations, and an Agile Framework, you’ll work alongside software development engineers to integrate communication systems.
You’ll use configuration management tools to plan, organize, and conduct integration projects that meet design specifications and standards from inception to completion.
In this role, you’ll impact the DoD by guaranteeing solutions in their communication networks.

You Have: Ability to develop, implement, and document engineering, integration, and readiness processes and procedures for tactical network systems Ability to prepare documentation and maintain configuration item baselines, including version controls of software deliverables Ability to assist in management, maintenance, and automating of configuration management tools Ability to analyze configuration issues and propose appropriate resolutions Ability to participate and assist in the coordination of the integrated product team and technical forums Ability to coordinate with program, project, and product management offices to assess the efficacy of the engineering and integration processes Ability to maintain proper version controls of software deliveries and oversee the delivery of software applications in test and deployment environments Ability to participate in design reviews, configuration audits, and evaluations of software products to ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of the software baseline for each system Secret clearance HS diploma or GED and 15+ years of experience with tactical network systems engineering, or Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with tactical network systems engineering Nice If You Have: Knowledge of Army organization structure and Unit Task Organization concepts Ability to independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, and make minor adaptations and modifications Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.
