KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist I, Business Analysis to join our Advisory Technology practice.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between end-users, technical teams, and project stakeholders
Facilitate moderate requirements gathering sessions
Identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications (Functional and Non-functional) for software/app development
Develop and document scoping documents, detailed business requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, and work instructions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, vision, and timelines
Conduct research to identify technology solutions that will enhance business operations
Qualifications:
Minimum three years of recent experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Prior experience working with Agile/ Scrum Methodology
Exceptional verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
