Position Summary
The Project Administrator:
Identifies, captures, and achieves, operational and strategic improvement opportunities.
Advances organizational performance by utilizing a systems approach to analyzing processes, building relationships and facilitating change.
Supports of facilitates organizational efforts for business process improvement, change management, system redesign and integration, and solutions development
Provides staff support in planning and organizing cross-functional unit and cross-entity activities and committees.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00
Location: 1812 Ashland Avenue, 4th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21015
Notes
This position is ON SITE and NOT REMOTE.
Multiple interview (maybe 2 people in each interview each time).
Responsibilities:
Organization, proactive, fiscal awareness, independent worker, critical thinking, strong problem solving abilities, go-getter attitude, attention to detail.
Planning, coordinating and facilitating meetings -strong scheduling experience and calendar managment experience required.
Managing Sr.
Director’s schedule
Assessing status of priorities and challenges and help to develop action plans for change as needed
Reimbursements
Assist with on-site events and meeting planning
Coordinating vendors
Light administrative duties
May be asked to assist with onboarding new employees.
Qualifications:
Educational & Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree required, master’s degree preferred (Hiring manager states that this is not necessary)
3 years of healthcare or project management experience required.
Special Skills Required
Outlook, Excel, SAP and concur (will train).
