3rd Shift - Base Rate Range $23.
00 - $26.
00 + $3 differential
Schedule: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Summary:
Operate the coater line per prepared schedule adjusting operating parameters to obtain foil quality in conformance to PCD requirements.
Startup and shut down the line, and operate re-rolling equipment to inspect coated PAA foil.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Startup and shutdown coater line in accordance with proper safety and operating instructions.
Operate line without assistance; measuring, recording, and adjusting operating conditions to PCD requirements.
Troubleshoots and corrects nonconforming conditions.
Mix coating parts A & B, the control application of PAA coating, and operate the curing oven and oxidizer to maintain PCD conforming parameters.
Operate rewind equipment to rewind and/or inspect coated PAA foil; document operations and foil quality.
Clean and refurbish tanks and perform operator PM activities as directed to maintain line operating quality.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education (Required)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Two (2) to four (4) years of prior experience with manufacturing processes utilizing analytical testing and monitoring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Acceptable vision test results (as applicable).
