behavioral health and SUD therapist

Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients - Implement evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to address behavioral and emotional challenges - Provide behavior management strategies and support to clients and their families - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans - Collaborate with other provders, such as PCPs, to ensure comprehensive care for clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and progress Experience: - LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC (supervision for LMSWs and LGPCs provided) - Experience working with individuals with behavioral health and substance use disorders - Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems for accurate documentation and billing purposes - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
