Responsibilities
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight and coordinator of Maintenance Technician personnel.
They will manage the personnel, tools, and vehicles provided by the company to ensure the required inspection and repair services are completed in a timely manner and for the prescribed budgets.
They will further provide oversight to the responsible care and tracking of tools, vehicles, uniforms, and other company property to ensure it is well managed and maintained by field team members.
Essential Duties
Provide oversight of Maintenance Technicians' time management
Provide training and development of technicians in the market
Track WO Completion % and other designated metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the team
Provide oversight and inspection of company vehicles and tools
Lift over 50 lbs.
as part of daily function
Coordinate and allocate tools, vehicles, and personnel to complete inspections and assigned service request work orders
Manage parts and material purchases to ensure they are properly documented and associated costs are accurately assigned to relevant projects
Oversee afterhours and emergency dispatch of emergency maintenance service requests
Utilize fleet management tools to ensure proper use and maintenance of company provide fleet vehicles
Qualifications
Maintenance Service background and a general understanding of residential repair and construction means and methods
2+ years of general management experience
5+ years of field maintenance service or construction coordination experience
Proficient in the use of mobile technology applications and equipment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other types of professional software systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of field maintenance service or construction coordination experience
Lift over 50 lbs as part of daily function
Must be able to work in environmentally and physically challenging workingConditions
Valid Driver's License
