Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Technician to join our team at a recovery partial hospitalization program (PHP) house.
This role is pivotal in providing support and care to individuals recovering from various behavioral health challenges, including substance use disorders.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient, and committed to fostering a safe and therapeutic environment for our residents .
*Qualifications:* A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in psychology, social work, or related field is a plus.
* Prior experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and manage crises calmly.
* Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and documentation purposes.
* A commitment to ethical and confidential treatment practices.
