Qualified candidates must be barred in MD and DC.
Candidates that are admitted to other jurisdictions are encouraged to apply.
We are looking for candidates that have insurance defense, workers' compensation and/or personal injury experience.

Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in MD and DC.
3+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense law.
Strong understanding of MD and DC workers' compensation laws and regulations.
Experience with employer liability claims a plus.
Responsibilities:
Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and communication skills and have the ability to work independently.
The position requires the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and handle a high volume of cases.
The desired candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
