We are a rapidly growing law practice in Maryland that seeks to add a solo/small firm in Washington, D.
C.
to help boost our regional presence.
We're looking for a solo/small firm that wants to merge with a larger practice in order to offload the administrative headaches of running a business in order to focus on earning more, working less, and living a richer life.
Candidates must be humble, hungry, and smart.
Compensation includes a base salary and bonuses based on production and origination.
Currently, our firm practices business law, criminal defense, civil litigation, estate planning, family law, and personal injury.
We're looking for a firm that either complements these practice areas or brings a new practice to our business.
We have a vision to grow a large law firm, but not in the traditional sense.
We see ourselves as a personal and professional development company that happens to practice law.
We want to help our employees use the business to achieve their dreams and goals.
Responsibilities Represent clients in court or before government agencies Advise and assist clients with legal issues Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Comply with all legal standards and regulations Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law The minimum billing requirement is 1560 hours/year.
