POSITION SUMMARY
The Title Service Representative II is a production based position and responsible for the following:
Repossessions: Processes customer service requests and repo requests.
Responsible for handling calls from DMVS, dealers, and auctions.
CRM: Processes requests received through the client portal, as well as email requests.
Responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, DMVs, or the agents of the client.
Review queues, determine and pursue effective follow-up steps to ensure receipt of title documents.
Review title documents to determine if a correction is warranted and process necessary correction.
Release leased or retail title documents per state and client guidelines.
Contacting clients by phone or e-mail.
Receiving incoming calls from clients, dealers and customers and respond as necessary.

Experience with vehicle titles, DMV’s or auto dealers preferred.
Accurate keyboarding skills & ability to work independently.
Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Good verbal communication skills.
Excellent phone manners.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Analytical ability.
Ability to work independently.
Computer Skills: AS/400, Must be able to type 40-45WPM Certificates and Licenses: No certifications needed Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
