What We Need
We are looking for a Legal Support Specialist to join Element Fleet Management.

A Day in the Life
Oversees a wide range of legal support responsibilities including tasks related to corporate entity management, compliance filings, licensing and bonds
Manages and oversees the work and relationship with trusted vendors and outside Counsel in connection with corporate portfolio management, litigation and licensing
Assists division with litigation, contract analysis and drafting, and other legal matters
Maintains electronic database and files for client portfolios and legal matter.
Provides high level support for the Legal division, client account management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Corporate paralegal experience preferred
Interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to document procedures and process flows
Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, Kofax, ServiceCloud, Salesforce, Filevine
Strong prioritization and analytics skills
