Primary Responsibilities include:
• Collects titles and lien releases for traded and purchased vehicles
• Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
• Signs over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full.
Prepares a monthly report to management of any funds not collected from wholesalers due to missing or incomplete title work.
• Collects titles and lien releases for trade vehicles and purchase vehicles.
• Maintains title due report
• Other duties as assigned
• Assist title clerk as needed
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Full time - Monday – Friday (40 hour work week)
• High School Diploma/GED
• Notary a plus
• Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license is required for dealership employment
